Pendampingan tersebut diselenggarakan mengingat banyaknya pertanyaan terkait LKE baru. Panduan pengisian LKE bersifat pilihan kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan oleh Satker, disesuaikan dengan karakter Satker yang bersangkutan. Panduan tersebut sifatnya terbuka untuk didiskusikan.
